Ulisses is astrange guy. He's attractive, can easily seduce girls, but has a hyperactive brain, and is uncapable of keeping his attention in only one matter at a time. One could say he can't bear to have an empty mind due to a tragic accident hidden in his past. One could also suggest that this accident is the reason for his actual strange lifestyle.
He's marked by the FBI. He's considered a terrorist by many nations. He lives in a boat, has an important net of contacts and friends, Icarus – an artist - being his best friend, and gets involved in several crazy and seldomly stupid plans to save the world, hurting everyone around him in the process. That is, until he meets Tess, love of his life.
After breaking up with her, he thinks of a miraculous plan... well, another one. He´ll conquer the russian space station (MIR) and, from there, take hold of all satelite communications, so he can interfere in the destructive politics taking hold on Earth.
But MIR falls down in the Earth's atmosphere, desintegrating in the process, before he gets a chance to act. Ulisses then prepairs an ultimate plan to seduce Tess once again, change Earth forever and, curiously, open a bar on the Moon.
